If you need a prescription called or faxed to us from your home physician, simply arrange to have your physician call, fax or "E-Script" the prescription to us. After you contact your physician, please call us at (407) 828-8125 to provide patient information, delivery information and to arrange a payment method. Once we have received the prescription, we will deliver it to your hotel's front desk. You may also provide the patient information through our secure online form located at the right or obtain our Patient Information form from the front desk of your hotel and fax the prescription and the information form to us.
If you have a prescription you brought from home or from one of the local physicians in our area, simply obtain the Patient Information form from the front desk of your hotel and fax the completed form and the prescription to us. This information may also be provided through our secure online form located above right. The original prescription must be held at the front desk for the driver to pick up when the medication is delivered.
Please note, we can fill prescriptions from physicians outside the United States only in certain emergency situations. If you are visiting us from another country, please call us for more information.

Please note, some medications cannot be handled in this manner and medications over $50.00 will not be delivered without prior approval. Please call to verify pricing and medication availability.
Please Note, we do not bill insurance plans. We provide itemized receipts and universal claim forms for patient reimbursement. Patients with out-of-network insurance coverage may submit the paperwork for reimbursement upon returning home from their trip.
