If you have a written or printed prescription with you, you must either fax it to the pharmacy or you may upload it to the pharmacy securely using your mobile device. Please note, some Walt Disney World resorts cannot fax prescriptions. Check with your resort front desk to confirm your hotel will fax your prescription. IF YOUR HOTEL IS WILLING TO FAX YOUR PRESCRIPTION:
1) Ask for the TURNER DRUGS PATIENT INFORMATION FAX FORM which should be available at your hotel's front desk. The form can also be downloaded from our website if none are available. 2) Fill out the form completely FOR THE PATIENT and fax the form and the prescription. 3) After faxing, call the pharmacy to confirm receipt of the fax and we will provide pricing and an estimated delivery time. 4) We are REQUIRED to obtain the ORIGINAL prescription from you when the medication is delivered. If your resort's front desk is willing to hold the prescription, leave the prescription with the front desk. If the hotel will not hold your prescription, you will need to be available to meet our delivery driver to accept the delivery and give the original prescription to the driver.
