If you have forgotten your medication at home or lost it while on your trip,
there is no need to worry. We can assist you with replacement of most
lost / forgotten medications. If you have refills at your home pharmacy, many
times we can call your home pharmacy and transfer the prescription. Simply
call us with the patient information, drug name and strength, prescription
number and pharmacy phone number.
Please note, we can only transfer prescriptions from pharmacies that
are located in the United States. Prescriptions from outside the United
States may be filled in certain emergency situations if the physician's
office calls us directly.
If you do not have refills at your home pharmacy, your second option is to
have your home physician call, fax or "E-Script" the prescription to us. Our
phone number is (407) 828-8125 and our fax number is (407) 828-8027. Of
course, we will need delivery information from you as well so be sure to
contact us once you have madearrangements with your physician.
We do not contact mail order pharmacies for transfers. If you receive your
prescriptions from a mail order pharmacy, you will need to contact your
physician's office and have the prescription called, faxed or "E-Scripted"
to us.
